Follow up on header wrapping

Video added because I like this one for it's narration, and pointing out that you must MUST have a sharp pair of big scissors (no knife is going to work)

SO, follow up.

It took four 2" x 50" rolls to complete the job of wrapping a pair of long tube 440 headers

DEI is good stuff, but the "titanium" description is ONLY referring to color

It's about the same as Ledaut, but with less fiberglass in your hands. Not worth the price though, just use rubber gloves with the Ledaut, and here's the kicker.... for 30 dollars, Ledaut sends about 2 dozen stainless zip ties, AND a pair of latex surgical gloves.

DEI charged 4 times that much and was miserly about the zip ties.

versus Ledaut:

not shown is the pair of latex gloves.

you WILL need a pack of the long zip ties, the short ones are only good for the small tubes, and when you wrap the collector, you're going to need some long ones, unfortunately, you're going to need 2, but pay for 16.... or hopefully be a better shopper then I was. DEI Locking Ties 10216 cost another 30 dollars. so, 150 dollars with DEI for abour 40 dollars of what you need.

Frankly I bet a trip to harbor frieght for two long stainless ties would have been a good idea

use two stainless ties on every wrap, they don't tighten well, and hopefully between the pair, you never regret the effort.
