Have I been looking at too much art, or can this be the work of Bernd Rueters?

Hagerty found out there was a book about artist Bernd Rueters, known widely as the most incredible VW Bug and van artist, and they posted a lot of his art I've never seen

On Amazon there is a book about Bernd Rueters, but, it's about 150 each, if there are any at all for sale
