Yeah, something is not right with head of that man. He himself divide part of his land in to two plots and the allocation of land designated for the road to local municipality... 25 years ago. They own that stretch of land from 2001, they have all the papers, confirmed by entries in the Court land and mortgage register. But dude is still convinced that this land, that he hand over to municipality is still his so he will destroy long awaited road just because.
