Used to be when driving on the Interstates in Indiana- If you caught up to someone driving dead balls on the speed limit in the far left lane, they had Ohio Plates. If you were doing 15-20 over the speed limit and someone blows past you doing another 10-15 above that, it was pretty much guaranteed to have the Michigan plates with the rusty fenders that were furiously flapping away.
