I am getting such a kick out of seeing what people wrap their Tesla truck to look like... a Country Squire was unexpected!

  1. Definitely an improvement! Although there never was a Country Squire pick-up truck.

  2. I saw that someone polished the body on a Cybertruck, which looked pretty good. I also saw that Cybertruck owners can buy a special tarp apparatus that acts as a Faraday cage to protect the electronics from an EMP. Seems kind of paranoid to me.

    1. I wonder what the circumstances would be that would result in anyone triggering an EMP, and since I think that's so damn far fetched, that it's not going to happen short of WW3... after all, Putin hasn't triggered one, I'd say it's such a waste of money to buy or make a faraday cage. Since, every pre 1968 car is running without electronics (Vw bugs for example, old motorcycles) there would be a LOT of cars not affected by an EMP. No gas stations would be able to pump fuel though. Gas station owners/operators aren't even smart enough to have a back up method of pumping gas, not even smart enough to have back up generators just to operate during a black out (trust me, I went through the Great Blackout of 2011)

    2. Even if you protected the electronics on the Cybertruck from an EMP, you would still have to be able to charge it somehow. Any chargers would probably be fried, and I wouldn't count on the electric grid being available.
