Let me add some context here. There's a joke in Brazil that "no car is faster than a Fiat Uno with a ladder on top of it". That's because the driver is not the owner, but someone using the company's car to work, so they don't care and drive like maniacs. This guy just made a joke, saying that now no car is faster than his Ferrari. It was just a joke. Happened in São Paulo, Brazil.
oh wow! THAT is how to make sense of it! Thank you! I too have driven a company work truck, and yes, I drove like a maniac to get from job to job, every day had a dozen different customers, and all my co-workers were the same, we drove like it was a race.
