the 1974 Z-28... stripes I've never seen before

 The Z28 package for 1974 included a 350ci L82 small-block V-8 that was rated at 245 net horsepower. This was clearly a performance-oriented engine, with four-bolt mains, a forged steel crank, impact-extruded aluminum pistons, and heat-treated and shotpeened rods.

 The cast-iron cylinder heads were home to 2.02-inch intake and 1.60-inch exhaust valves, and 76cc combustion chambers. The hydraulic-lifter camshaft featured 0.450/0.460 lift (intake/exhaust) and 346/360 duration (i/e). A dual-snorkel air cleaner sat atop the motor, while a real dual exhaust system got rid of spent combustion gases.

The Z28 package also included special sport suspension; 15×7 five-spoke-style wheels, F60-15 bias-belted, white-letter tires; a heavy-duty starter; increased cooling; power brakes; a Positraction rear axle; and dual sport mirrors.

But most importantly, the 1974 Z28 featured the optional D88 sport stripes, nearly the biggest graphics ever applied to any muscle car, pony car, or big car. Those D88 stripes announced that this car was no ordinary Camaro, but rather the mighty Z28.

the racing stripes make it's ass look big... or maybe its the mammoth meats. Dam that is a lot of rubber

Pink Mopars... the only pink musclecar? Probably. Yes, I know that Chrysler called the colors nice names, like Panther Pink, and Moulin Rouge. FM3 was the paint code, but pink never seemed wrong on these beasts

I don't recall ever hearing about a factory pink color on Chevy or Ford musclecars... but then, they always were more conservative, and Mopar was slightly more outgoing to get buyers to switch from the Mustangs and Camaros and Corvettes

1971 Barracuda, the coolest accessorized body for Mopars in my opinion. The shark gills, the shaker hoods (normally), that great grill, the driving lamps under the bumper, hood pins, and the billboard engine size call out. Wow, it got all the cool stuff

 I was wrong when I called the 340 Wedge hood decal the best and biggest factory engine size call out. I forgot about this, the 1970 Charger hood cove decals. These are real uncommon to see, I have no idea how few were ever sold on cars from Mopar, vs how many have them installed by eager owners... but wow, impressive and bold

 Chargers has the flip top cap on the drivers side, and Challengers on the passenger side. I don't know why.

Hockey stripes and billboards... only Mopar and muscle car people know what that means, for anyone who wonders - here are the two coolest decal themes used in muscle cars to show off the engine size

 The above is fuzzy, it isn't your eyes or computer. Sorry about that

 Though not either, this AAR (Dan Gurney All American Racer) decal fits here nicely, and was technically the strobe stripe I believe

If you love Mopars, these are nothing new, but there are a lot of people that haven't seen as much of the variety of muscle cars as you and I. Some have seen another world of muscle cars, the south American variety, Australian, or the African varieties. Cool stuff that here in the USA we are totally unfamiliar with.
