Is this the same neighborhood where you took the pictures before, or did you move since then? It's cool to see what cars are in your area in their as-found condition.
well, What I claim as my neighborhood, is a lot bigger than most people would consider a neighborhood. It's more like the area I'm most familiar with, comfortable in, and have lived in and around since 1999. If you look at a map of San Diego, and find the interstates for the best reference points, I refer to the area south of Interstate 8, East of the 163, as far south as University Ave (about 3 or 4 major streets south of interstate 8, one street south of the OLD highway 8 that was the road into San Diego from Arizona) and lets see, I've been on every street and alleyway *nearly* from the 163 to SDSU which is the College Ave exit off the 8. As I do not cross paths with where I already walked, because walking is SO DAMN BORING, and I want to boost the hell out of the inherent entertainment value of the architecture, landscaping, cars, and anything else to take my mind off the boredom, I have kept moving east from the 163, and even went to other areas of San Diego just to use their old neighborhoods for car spotting, without caring that those areas aren't where I just described to you. Because, there's a limited amount of streets in this town, and some days I simply went for something new that I haven't been familiar with. I don't even need to use an app or whatever to mark the streets I've walked, it's like rust, it just grows out from a point, and I'm moving on that eastward edge, steadily farther west. Though, with the last job, and time wasted at the car dealership when my car was getting tested for the warranty engine replacement, I covered that neighborhood. And now my new job has me where I can cover a couple more, I'll probably do those too. After all, an hour a day to 90 minutes, really chews up the roads quick. I think when I started this, I was 30 minutes a day, so only a couple blocks, and though I've been sedentary for a couple years, the hour a day for the last couple days has not been enough to even make me sore. So, I'll step it up by 15 minute increments until it does. No pain, no gain, and I need to make a gain in all the criteria, muscle, cardio, stamina, etc. There wasn't a damn thing of interest today on the walk. Utterly boring, and too damn many people out walking their dogs
