The store and gas station’s current owners bought the property over four decades ago and renovated the roughly 3,000 square feet of buildings on the property.
It’s now a gateway to the Monterey Peninsula to the north and Big Sur to the south.
The real estate agent said the property’s owners aren’t necessarily looking for an owner as much as they are searching for the next stewards of the property.
