after WW2, Roy "Mack" MacKinney got out of the Navy, he operated a gas station, built a hot rod, and lived the dream - he went racing at Bonneville, drag strip, and dry lakes. More recently his hot rod has been to Pebble Beach, the Race of Gentlemen, and Amelia Island
