I haven't been to the El Cajon cruise in many years, it's a bit less interesting and less crowded than it used to be, but there are some interesting cars there I haven't seen before. That's one reason that I quit going to every local car show about a decade ago, there was nothing I hadn't seen already, so after all these years away, there's finally new to me stuff to enjoy
I was very surprised to see this Korean War era military ambulance that looks like it was on the tv show MASH

Met a great guy today, a USMC vet, and this is the first car he bought, in high school, in the early 80s. Kissed his wife for the first time in this car on a date! Bought it for 800 bucks
10 inch rims in back, 7 in front. License plate? WNAB442. Cool damn car, I forgot to ask what year, but, I think it's a 68 or 69
I think it would be cool to read interviews of guys who have their 1st car, as long as that was a cool car, like this. This is the 2nd I've come across this month, the other was a 66 Mustang

Another rare car dies, by a tree, but instead of a drunk driver, a storm knocked over the tree, on top of a 12,500 mile '83 Hurst Olds Cutlass.
scored on Craigslist, the car was listed for $500, and the shifter (Lightning Rod Hurst) alone was worth $400, rims - another $300 for the rims.
