it's heat wave time again, and the Joe Ramsey Boulevard in Greenville, Texas, has a small section that essentially turned itself into a ramp due to extreme heat
it's been a couple of years since I've come a cross a heat buckled highway... That was Michigan if I recall correctly... this is Texas? How has this highway not had higher heat in the past?
