to no one's surprise, Oakland has an abandoned car problem. On this strip of land next to a railroad, on land that belongs to Union Pacific, Caltrans, and Alameda County, there were 85 stolen and abandoned junk cars anchoring the ghetto reputation for years
local news outlets report that folks have been illegally dumping dead cars, scrap metal, and other trash on it for years.
Someone should call it in as there being a man living there who has modified his diesel engine by deleting the emission garbage on it. the fedgov and the state would respond immediately and arrest someone.
Lol, you got it! Nothing happens to deal with typical ghetto trash, but if someone is having fun with their truck, or car, god forbid, the govt will deploy the alphabet agencies to arrest, confiscate, and fine them into poverty. You reminded me of the joke about an inmate calling his old dad, knowing the call was being listened to, and admitting the hidden loot from the bank robbery is hidden in the logs in the woodshed, so the cops show up, and split all the wood trying to find it. Ol Dad gets his wood split by the govt for free!
