1967 Plymouth GTX restomod that Mopar is bringing to SEMA, and I have no idea why they bothered making a 67 GTX all electric.

  1. I think it looks great, and I like that they made the electrical connection look like a flip-open gas cap. If someone were to spend the money to convert a older car like this to electric, they will want a lot more than the 335 HP in this one.

  2. Because that is what SEMA is all about. Everyone brings the most outlandish vehicle possible many times with unexpected drivetrains and often in an attempt to improve performance. Sometimes we don't agree with the drivetrain selection. I'm still puzzled by a turbo diesel Mustang that in the show a while ago.

On the other hand, if the swap was done properly it is unlikely you will find a faster GTX

  3. I would be embarrassed to be seen in such a vehicle. The nightmares would not be worth it!

  4. At least call it a GTE and let GTX mean what it means. And don't even get me started about the Mach E ...again.
