Because I went out on errands yesterday, I saw these...

this great old bug with 1967 or 68 Plates has cobwebs growing under it, it's not moved in a while

this poor neglected Miata hasn't moved in a year or two

I think this is a Savoy... crazy to see that getting hauled into San Diego down the 805 in the early afternoon

    Now that big fin Savoy would find a loving home here in the mountains with me! Dreams of a old rambling man. Those cars were everywhere in my youth. Remember rural farm houses with a rope and pulley hanging from a big tree and a engine swinging in the breeze the the car pushed back. Seemed like a lot of Plymouths' getting replacements from local wrecking yards. Quicker than rebuilding the pullout I would guess. New kids will just have to replace big ass batteries if they are even allowed to. Sad state of affairs I do believe.
