Awwwww! South Dakota highway trooper Hulkenn is terrific "Serve and Protect" representative of the great people of South Dakota (every one there I've met is great!) and saved a cat on the highway!
Proof that there are awesome cops out there, but you have to get away from big cities, Arizona, and Kansas to find them! Compliments to Trooper Hulkenn!
They are definitely out there as I have found out over the years. I know several from my helicopter days as well as local cops from my racing days. Many a beer or two with them over the the years. Lost a few as well and my hat's off to them! Carry On my ole friends!
