How did no one plan the route, and check that the plane would fit UNDER the Korisapadu overpass while being transported from Kochi to Hyderabad in AP’s Bapatla district of South East India on Saturday evening.

The last paragraph says that the truck driver did not know about a traffic diversion. Maybe there was a detour that was put up at the last minute. Still very dumb to not know how tall the plane was.
