I think this is the first time I've seen an Indian servicar connected to the back bumper of a car, with the accessory wheels in the locked down position

    This is a regular single cylinder Indian Prince. The 'Servicar' was the three-wheeler made by Harley-Davidson (much used by police forces), whereas the similar Indian was called Dispatch-Tow.
