You can double check my memory, but as I recall dual-circuit brake hydraulics wen't mandated until 1968 along with those side marker lights people love to hate. I do like the vintage Holmes wrecker body. It will look pretty cool when they finish the metal on the sides.
I haven't ever looked into the dual cylinder issue, but for sure the singles lasted into the 60s, but not after. I am certain about the side marker lights, it's exactly like you said, 1968 lit side markers, 1969 was just reflectors on Mopar, and then after that, the whole enchilada
