When I was young it wasn't uncommon for a service station to have a little old Jeep or Bronco or Scout like this to push dead cars into the shop, run for parts, and usually with a starting unit or at least a set of jumper cables and tire changing tools in the back, to make service calls. I wonder why this station had two? An unusually large customer base with crappy batteries and worn out tires? Maybe just because both of the owner's sons in the photo wanted their own?
