it is on wheels, I'm just saying.... anyone else remember the dressers (or other furniture) that used to have these tiny wheels?

  3. Casters (castors in the UK). Some swivel and some are fixed; there are also duallies.

  4. My dad was an antiques dealer and I remember seeing those on dressers, wash stands, and chairs, and sometimes small tables.
