I ran them for close to a year on my 66 El Camino down in Fort Worth. Got them from a friend that had a used car lot. One day a friend borrowed my truck to run up to a auto parts store and got stopped by the Highway Patrol. No insurance so he took the paper plates and told my friend to take that truck home and park it. No fine so that was good. I went down and got the real plates and insurance. You just can't have fun anymore and that sucks!
