another of the new development - lavish lifestyle private racetrack with condo/garage right on the track, just opened 10 months ago in Tennessee. I wonder how many of these can be built before they run out of the supply of Porsche people who will move to one?

Notice you don't see any Ford or Chevy. No Hellcats, no Hondas.

It looks like a superb smooth track.

right in the center, Rockwood Tennessee

  1. My home state! Just over 100 miles from Nashville in rolling mountains as you can see. Nashville and Chattanooga have grown population and money wise. Pushing the edge of NASCAR racing and that will draw people for sure. Rich guys will build home close to the track so they can go hot lap id during certain days. I'm sure there will be track garages for those that actually own race cars of any kind. Once they get really rolling I'm sure other race organizations will want to run their events there. There is a like track south of Dallas where we tested it first Grand Sport Corvette recreation that I built for a company in North Dallas. I need to send you some pictures of the car and that track when I get some time. George

    1. so many people moved there in the past decade, celebs for the Nashville new music party scene, affordable big acre farms and lakefront property, or rivers running through their place, and Californians seemed to single out Tennessee because it was so clearly conservative and anti California democrat. Good news came out of Tennessee daily.
someday I hope my 69 Dodge will be track ready, but there just aren't any tracks for 200 miles.... so, it's either going to be enjoyed on roads and highways that I check out ahead of time, years ago I posted a map of the local best place to hold a high speed race, but I can't find the post
