is it only California where somebody calls the police department to complain about your car because it’s an “eye sore”? Cacophony rightly (and perfectly) states that it is a "historically significant North American transportation artifact"

  1. Does the car have a current registration? If so it seems a stretch to move toward removal just because cosmetically it needs some attention. However, it is hard to believe that it would be deemed roadworthy in that condition. If it is up to snuff it would be a fun driver just to piss off driving high dollar vehicles.

    1. the source does not satisfy all of us with that same question... is it registered. All the comments on Facebook also asked that

  2. Instead of describing it as an "eyesore", the vehicle should be referred to as a historically significant
North American transportation artifact. The owner of this honestly-patinated '56 should be lauded
for preserving and presumably maintaining it for "licensed safety-inspected use on public thoroughfares."
*Looking forward to follow-up if possible Jesse...

  3. If it is not registered, then it should not be on the road or street. As for the cosmetics, as long as it is registered, the person requesting this removal is out of order. Not registered? Park it in your driveway!
