the comedian Jim Jeffries has a stand up show on Netflix, and brought up another reason people can legitimately hate electric cars like the Tesla.

In his joke about being home alone and feeling free to do anything his wife won't let him do - and she unexpectedly returned very quickly after leaving  - driving a Tesla, and was in the door catching him in the act - without him hearing a combustion engine making noise out the tail pipes.

That's a legit reason to hate electric cars. Wives can just sneak right up on a guy, no warning. Not like the wives driving a 71 Ford F250, or 67 Mustang GTA with a 390. You can hear those a block away, and never get caught up to no good.

And I don't know if any of you are watching hour long stand ups on Netflix, but there aren't many that make me laugh out loud. Jim's "Two Limb Policy" is making me laugh out loud a lot.

Most of these so called "stand up specials" are just comedians that made a name for themselves for being funny when they were young, and really damn funny, like Ralphie May, but haven't made anyone laugh in years. But they can still cash in on their reputation, and sell out a theater who hope they'll hear the good old jokes, like Larry The Cable Guy, who will tell lots of old jokes we like to hear, the funny ones, that we want to listen to him tell over and over, the top ten from the Blue Collar Comedy Tour
