this is a road I want to either walk down, or slowly bike

  1. That looks to be The Avenue of the Giants, Highway 101 in Northern California, on a foggy summer's day. The place is utterly magical. For me it's like riding my Triumph through a cathedral...
A little dangerous to walk or bicycle.
    See it.

    1. that's what I was thinking, and you nailed it! I remembered posting about a similar looking road, https://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2021/03/lanes-redwood-flat-redwood-highway-101.html but you knew the number of that road, its' the same Redwood Highway I posted about a couple years ago. Thanks Jeff!

  2. I'm too old to ride my bike on those skinny roads, I understand physics and it takes longer to heal ... I'd have to walk.

    1. I think a walk would give me the right amount of time to look around enough. I've done enough walking around this world to know it's the right speed for me to get enough time to look at everything around me, good an steady. A bike is about 3 times as fast, so, it's it's a boring view for the same path, I'd do that instead, like though farmland, or the desert... but forest? I will walk that, especially a road like this, or in Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks. Yellowstone I'd bike.
