People abandoned their cars, blocking a road that the fire dept MUST USE so, they brought in a D8 dozer to clear those cars out of the way (watch at 2X speed)

I think that's Palisades Drive, the ONLY road in or out of a 2000 home development that was built in the 70's. Where that road hits Sunset Blvd turned into a huge choke point. Emergency workers told drivers to leave the keys in cars if they abandoned them but of course they didn't.
I lived in the Palisades from 1957-1982, it's all gone now.
