I wonder if there is an advantage to making a race car out of an older car like this MB, than a new car, besides the extreme amount of cool free publicity from us car guys that love to see old cars getting a 2nd life (much cooler than the 1st life as a commuter)
That's a 'Red Pig' tribute build, only thing old on that is the 69/70, 300SEL sheet metal.
