ok, in fairness, there WAS a set of exhaust pipes that DO mount to the Beast, but, I've only seen them on it ONE time... and I'd guess that the open flames wouldn't be an issue when kept inside an exhaust system.... but what an amazing accomplishment for automobiles. I can't recall it's speed record, but it WAS the land speed record holder for a time, if I recall correctly
So this is the engine that was used to power hydrogen-filled airships. Looks safe to me!
