a 1967-68 Ford Mustang had four different factory steel wheels. A four bump four lug and a three bump four lug 14 inch x 5 inch wheel. Plus a four bump five lug and a three bump five lug wheel.
The Falcon was the same way, four lug wheels if you got the six cylinder and five lugs if you got the V-8
Whats mind boggling today, is how many different models they made from the same car. with the Falcon, you could get a 2-door sedan 4-door sedan 3-door station wagon 5-door station wagon 2-door hardtop 2-door convertible 2-door coupe utility 2-door sedan delivery 2 door ranchero pickup but they changed the dash trim every year,, and it was all metal.
and when they changed bodys in 64, the upper half stayed the same, the top half of the doors and the roof on the 60-63 Falcon is the exact same as the 64-65
even in the 70s, Chevrolet made a Caprice / Impala sedan with the door post, and a Caprice / Impala hardtop, without the door post.
