MAN! what a beautiful Campy tool set for bicycle components.. From the days of cable derailleurs and non sealed ball bearings.. I worked in a bicycle shop (1973-74) as a mechanic while I was finishing my mech engineering degree.. I lusted after such a set of Campy stuff but had no dollars..
It's here in San Diego for sale on Facebook Marketplace if you want to pay for it, I can pick it up and get it packaged securely, and sent to you through UPS or USPS, or Fed Ex. It's 2500.
Unfortunately, I think I'll have to pass on that one, but it is certainly a beautiful tool set. My daughter is a bicycle mechanic here in Vermont, and I'd love to give her that for her birthday, but from the practical standpoint it would be ornamental. These days she's spending more time trying to sort out the myriad incompatibilities of e-bike systems (total non-standardization of everything), and most of the traditional bike stuff these days is going to be from Shimano. I think I have one genuine Campagnolo tool in my box: that little wrench in the bottom left corner, which is for removing the crank bolts.
Yes, most everything is Shimano... I guess that's why this set is for sale, and at this price of 2500, probably only for a collector/bike shop display. I doubt there are more than a couple bikes in the states that would need these tools that are ridden enough to need repairs
