Oh, darling! This is so-o-o-o artistic. i hope that the train rolls through there one day. Of just stays at the entrance to the condo complex and sounds its horn!
Maybe it is a reference to the idiom: "You're / We're on the right track?" ;-)
Regrettably some of the condo owners live on the wrong side of the track.Bob
