agreed! Plus, young, and without choices - they were likely told/ordered to get that plane somewhere without flying it, maybe just simply across Pearl Harbor. Not that dangerous, no big waves, and easy to place the plane on that rig, with the shipyard cranes at the No Ka Oi shipyard on surface side of the base
