fun segment of a celeb filled movie, had WC Fields running into people ("Road Hogs") who annoyed him on the road.
WC Fields character got tired of bad drivers and had just won a lottery. So he bought a bunch of older cars and when he saw a bad driver he would just run into them, then walk away and get another car!
