trees planted under the Highway 27 overpass in Chattanooga, shows unsupervised govt employees are, wasting money, time, and energy, without review of work plans for projects. The plans were drafted in April 2020 and were 'obviously incorrect.'

The City of Chattanooga tells us that the trees under the Highway 27 bridge were “caught earlier and the contractor has been instructed not to plant the trees there.” 

 But the landscaping company were told to plant them there.
