Man,that is bad! Down Under we have a problem,spread through many brands,even the German high end of the clear coat letting go after just a few years!. Have never heard about recall claims or the like and I don't know how folks put up with it. If you want to sell/trade your car it's almost worthless. I'll stick with my older cars that don't have a problem.
