makes me wonder, why people pay for a vehicle they abandon, or, pay for insurance while snowbound, or registration fees for a vehicle they are not going to drive for a whole lot of months.

 and the fuel in the tank is possibly going to be garbage when the next person tries to make the engine run. Why not just sell the vehicle when you realize you're done wasting money on insurance and registration, and never going to use it again?

    I move my Winnebago and her pal the Samurai into the shop and stop the insurance until the Spring comes back. They are covered by the home insurance. Saving me a little change. They really screw their customers, $4,000 a year for coverage, sheesh!
