Our family went down to Daytona when I was in my young teens and they had a deal like that but I don't remember what they pulled it with. Next time I was on the beach was early April of 70 when my Vietnam buddy and I rode our Harleys down. Met the judge in a fire station for loud exhaust on my friends brand new stock 70 Sportster. We didn't stay very long and headed to Tampa. I later went to Texas for a while then back to Tennessee and welding school. Flew down to Tampa with a friend and we met up with some old friends and drove over to Daytona for the annual Motor Cycle races. Great times for sure! Didn't see any of the races but saw a lot of drinking inside the raceway. Great times for sure!
Nice photo. The pink and white car on the left appears to be a 1956 Lincoln Premiere. As for the sports car on the right, I need help. I'm guessing that it is an MG Midget. Any readers who can verify this?
