changing a street light in Dubai, is simplicity from incredibly smart design - unlike the USA where it takes a union crew, two trucks, and 3 guys (a half-ton truck with the bulb, and a bucket truck with a driver and helper, union rules prevent a truck driver from also being the bulb changer)
