I believe that both these videos were shot in Portugal. In the 80s Portuguese spectators were famous for their out of control behavior in rally races. For reasons I will never understand FIA never took the race away from Portugal. In 1986 an accident was caused by spectators on the road that ended with several dead and helped pave the way for the end of group B rally (https://dirtfish.com/rally/wrc/the-disaster-of-rally-portugal-1986/)
