A brand new two-way, segregated cycle track was opened on Wellington Road in the Phoenix Park just two months ago, but motorists aren't prevented from parking on it, nor do police have them towed away.
Why highlight this issue? Cycling deaths this year are twice last years stats in Ireland.
To reduce that number, and the rick to cyclists, this bike track around a park was laid in (the construction took months) and now shit for brains motorists are parking on it, insult to injury indeed!
