In the April 2008 Hemming's Muscle Machine but they don't put much on the internet until a month or two after the print issue has been out, for older stuff you have to register, or subscribe or other nonsense. I have a subscription to the hardcopy version, and still would have to jump through hoops to view the issue online... nonsense.
