Christina has a damn good reason to tell us that you're better off with ANY other insurance company.
I've had AAA, Allstate, Hagerty, and State Farm. 36 years.
I've been very upset with each one's customer service when it comes to simply paying my damn bill, but not for claims
If anyone has another car insurance company that they need to spread the word to avoid, just let me know, of course.
What good is a car blog if it won't be useful? Informative? And help everyone avoid bad car insurance companies

DeleteWe've had USAA for about 20 years, and I recently had to make a claim when a deer totaled our Honda. I was infuriated by the adjuster assigned to my claim, who was impossible to reach on the phone and unintelligible when I did. After waiting for two weeks I shouted loud enough to reach a different specialist, who told me they were waiting on the lien release from the wrecking yard. After I sorted that out for them, they paid promptly (and more than I was expecting). They have been great to work with for all other claims, but this one pissed me off.
