(paraphrasing the warden in Cool Hand Luke) there are some cars, that you just don't mess with - because even though it has 6 brake lights and still got rear ended, the chrome ain't even scratched

evidently, it's a 73 Chrysler, and Ukranian tanks need some of those bumpers for tank armor!
