A buddy of mine, Jim Weer from Delaware, is a Road Runner guru!!!
He would easily be able to tell the year of this RR.
One of the things I remember him telling was that there is a slight angle difference on the '68 & '69 taillight bezels.
Another thing that I picked up on my own over the years was that the interior door lock was moved from the back of the door to mid way (next to your shoulder).....this also happened between the '68 & '69 models.
Back in the day, before rear quarter panels were available, we would look at this RR and automatically assume it was a 1968 based on the rear side marker lights.

Looks like another nose swap Jesse. Hope he save it before it's to late.
